• Raphael has 20+ years of experience in investments, financings, financial advisory and consulting. Raphael has closed >$2bn of investments across various sectors (with a strong focus on climate & sustainability), financial products, and geographies (emerging markets and Europe).

• He founded Impact Global Invest in 2017 to advise on sustainable & impact investments in the Global South & Europe and channel capital where this is needed the most. He has advised a diverse range of corporates & investors on complex transactions, including first-of-their-kind and for challenging countries.

• He previously worked as an investor & asset manager in various funds including EAIF, a leading EM credit fund (part of PIDG group, a UK DFI) managed by 91 (previously Investec AM) and leading European-focused equity funds Igneo and 3i group where he led and managed large PE/infrastructure investments, including at the Board level as a lead shareholder.

• He was also part of PwC advisory, supporting governments and corporates on the procurement, structuring and financing of Public-Private-Partnerships and started at Thales in project finance. Raphael holds an MSc from Neoma Business School and studied at Helsinki School of Economics.

• Francois has been working with ventures and entrepreneurs for over 25 years, supporting them on business strategy, finance and venture building.

• He is also teaching strategy, entrepreneurship and digital projects at Université Paris-Dauphine, London Campus and mentors start-ups on business planning and investor pitches for their incubator.

• He was a former CEO and CFO of start-ups and worked as an investor for a family office where he led numerous venture and growth capital investments.

• He previously worked at Ernst and Young on international consulting projects.

• Cédric has international experience in financial risk management, audit, regulatory reporting and operational control. He joined Impact Africa Invest in September 2024.
• He recently worked at BNP Paribas, where he contributed to enhancing operational risk controls, managing third-party relationships, and monitoring market risk limits. Prior to that, he worked at Edmond de Rothschild, focusing on financial risk management and regulatory reporting.
• Cédric also has experience in financial auditing with Mazars and holds an MSc in Corporate Financial Management from SKEMA Business School. He is fluent in French, English, and proficient in Portuguese and Spanish.

• 4+ years' experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) and Risk Management.

• Josephine gained experience in Financial Modeling and M&A due diligence while working with Berkeley Energy.

• Holds an MBA (Finance) from Heriot-Watt University, UK. She's a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (CPA)

• Josephine is from Uganda.

• Arnold has eight years of expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, financial modeling, valuation, and business strategy. His professional journey spans engagements with African tech startups,including Sendy and FarmDrive, as well as multinational corporations like Standard Chartered and L’Oréal. He joined Impact Africa Invest in September 2024.
• Most recently, Arnold worked at L’Oréal Paris, where he conducted finance and market analysis across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Before that, he served as Country Finance Manager at Sendy Ltd, a logistics platform providing on-demand delivery and fulfilment services.
• Arnold holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an MSc in Finance from the Universityof Nairobi. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Arnold is from Kenya.

• Julien has over 16 years of experience in investments with a focus on Sub-Sahara Africa since 2013 and supporting impact ventures since 2021.

• Julien has a strong transaction capability with specific expertise in financial modelling and financial structuring.

• He has been advising the founder and CEO of ZIZ, a leading SME in Chad on business development and projects. He previously worked at renewable energy developers (e.g. Impala Energy, Gemini Renewable, Sunpower) and Operis.

• Alyse has five years of experience in Corporate Development Integration and boutique M&A Advisory.
• She joined Impact Africa Invest in March 2025.
• She is completing her MSc in Finance from Regent's University London. Alyse is from the United States.

• Arnaud has 12 years of experience in strategic consulting and investments with a strong focus on ventures and decentralized energy in Sub-Saharan Africa.
• He previously worked at Proparco (French Development Agency) as energy access lead and before that, he was with ENEA consulting and EY.
• He has advised early-stage ventures in electric mobility on business strategy and funding.
• He is graduated from MSc of Imperial College, London (UK) and from BSc of EPFL in Lausanne (Switzerland).

• Bienvenu has 15 years of experience as entrepreneur and in business development, with a strong focus on energy and agriculture. Bienvenu is based in Senegal.

• Roland has over 30 years of experience in investments, project finance, corporate finance and M&A across Africa and emerging markets. His experience ranges from originating and arranging investments across multiple products including senior debt, equity, mezzanine debt and bonds. He currently serves as a Director for the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) at 91.

‍Roland is acting as an independent advisor in his personal capacity, independently of his employment at 91. In the case of a potential conflict of interest on a specific project, Roland would not be involved and/or appropriate measures would be put in place.

• Alan has 25+ years of experience in finance and investment with a strong focus on power infrastructure in emerging and frontier markets.
• He is specialist in investment banking, capital raising, M&A advisory, public-sector advisory,senior management positions with project developers and investment funds.
• He has closed clean and renewable energy projects on four continents having an aggregate installed capacity of more than 2.5 GW.
•  Alan has an MBA from HEC Paris (2000) and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
